Refund Policy

We want you to buy our apps because they make your Mac better — not because you're locked in. So our refund policy is deliberately simple.
14 days, no questions asked
If you purchase a Pro license for any OpenSourcer app and change your mind for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. You don't need to explain why, troubleshoot anything first, or return anything.
How to request a refund
- Email support@opensrcr.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your order number).
- We'll confirm the refund within 2 business days.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method by our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window we generally can't offer refunds, but if something is genuinely broken for you, email us anyway — we'd rather fix the problem or make it right than keep an unhappy customer's money.
What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. The free tier of every app remains available to you, always.
